Tasting Notes: Super fruity; notes of blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, juneberry, wineberry, mulberry, some minerality.  Think Burgundy, but without the condescension.

Kitchen Pairings: Basically use this anywhere you’d use a red wine vinegar but want vastly more depth.

Bar Pairings: Tequila, Rum, Vodka, Gin, sparkling wines; anywhere you might pair red berries would work.
